Free time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy an half day tour to the famous Lagoa das Sete Cidades.

Full day tour to Furnas Valley, where we can find the oldest caldera on the island.  Here you will have time to discover more about the famous meat stew cooked by the volcanic steam from Furnas Lake. Lunch in a local place and taste the delicious typical meal. We´ll pass by the viewpoints of the northeast of the island, known for their careful and colorful gardens, which offer a magnificent view where the cliff falls in a peak towards the sea. Return to Ponta Delgada. Accommodation.

Breakfast at the Hotel. We start the day by climbing mount Brazil, which, like the rest of the island, came from the depths of the sea to form one of the best views of the city of Angra and its bay to the east, and over the bay of Fanal, to the west. From here you can also see the magnificent history of this island, which will certainly be present in every nook and cranny of this Island. After visiting the bathing area of Biscoitos, and after lunch in this area of the island, we will take a short walk through the basalt walls that protect the vineyards. The visit to this part of the island is complete with the Wine Museum. On the way to Angra do Heroísmo, passing through the interior of the island: first, visit to Furna do Enxofre, followed by a visit to the interior of the magnificent algar do Carvão. After this adventure, it is time to know the flavors and products of Terceira, on a visit to Quinta dos Azores. Return to the Hotel.

We start the tour by admiring the fantastic viewpoint of serra do Cume. A unique landscape. On the way to the other side of the island, there will always be the possibility to observe the fields where the island's cattle live, so connected to the lives of the locals. When we reach the north coast, we will explore and discover how volcanoes and the sea have shaped the coastline into unique geological structures. During the morning there will also be time to explore the second largest city on foot, Praia da Vitória, before our lunch at a local restaurant. Then we will go to the viewpoint of Facho. On the way to Angra, still time to admire the traditional empires of Espírito Santo, linked to the history of the entire Archipelago.
