How we work
As soon as we receive your request we start working immediately on planning your trip. Our services cover everything from itinerary, guides, meals, transportation and accommodation. We are available 24h/7 days a week to ensure that all is going smoothly

For the third year in a row, we won the status of SME Excellence, a reputable award granted by Turismo de Portugal, to recognise companies with superior performance. We also were the only Tour Operator awarded with the “Best Tourism 2017".
Portugal was the first country in Europe to receive The Safe Travels stamp, that recognizes governments and companies around the world which have adopted health and hygiene global standardised protocols. In ecotours Portugal we implement health and hygiene protocols, outlined by WTTC.
We are certified with the "Clean & Safe Establishment" seal, created by the "Turismo de Portugal", in order to recognize companies in the tourism area that follow the recommendations issued by the National Tourism Authority in coordination with the National Health Authority to reduce the risk of contamination by the new coronavirus.
The Certificate of Excellence of TripAdvisor is an annually award that is given out by TripAdvisor to the travel businesses that consistently receive high review ratings on their website ("Very Good" and "Excellent" evaluations). It is a way to identify the most elite businesses and the high quality of their services.
Each year, Tripadvisor comb through reviews, ratings, and saves from travelers everywhere, and use that info to award the very best. In 2020, ecoTours was a Travelers' Choice Winner. A great achievement that increase the quality of our services.
